Yuanfen Art
YUANFEN is a Chinese term often translated into English as "destiny." The term comes from an ancient Taoist concept that views the cosmos as a piece of fabric with people, time, places, things and events running along the threads of the warp and woof. Our gallery space Yuanfen, is at the crossroad of this warp and woof, bringing East and West artists and their work together with curators, collectors and appreciators from Asia and the West.
Our location: Yuanfen is located in 798 Dashanzi, Beijing's contemporary art district. The gallery space preserves its Bauhaus architectural tradition -- a joint Chinese-East German factory built during the 1950's
