I was browsing the web checking out video websites and I realized that there is an enormous quantity of them, some good some bad, you will be the judge of that.
I will be updating this page so comeback and check it often.
The video sites, for now , haven't decided on how they're going to make money. Some runs ads; others are ad free.

the best of course :-) 100 megabyte upload limit, ability to share videos, images, music, and articles. Various privacy settings enable users to either let everyone see their content, or limit access.

Vimeo puts a weekly limit of 20 megabytes for the uploads. The limit is reset every Sunday.

Not exactly a videosite , more of a search engine for videos.
metatube let's you serch for videos on over 100 video site.

The 200 pound gorrilla, YouTube offers unlimited uploading of video clips , as long as the clip isn't more than 100 megabytes.

Upload limit is 40 MB per member.
http://www.clipshack.com
The upload limit is 100 MB per member. No other features of particula interest.
Google's Video is not easy to use as other sites.
It will ask for a lot of information and clip approval before your work ends up online, but it does accept unlimited amounts of clips in any size.
